Mother of a missing Chibok girl remains hopeful her daughter will return someday

On the night of 14–15 April 2014, 276 female students were kidnapped from the Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State by Boko Haram extremists. Since then, a number of the girls have either been rescued by the Nigerian Army or freed by the extremist terrorist organization. 112 students remain missing though, and Yana Galang, the mother of one of the girls who has been missing since 2014 remains hopeful of someday seeing her daughter again.
