No sea, no problem for Brazil’s river surfer

Paulo Guido is a river surfer, braving unusual and treacherous currents to practice the sport he loves. "I have to have respect for the Doce River," says Guido as he sits on its banks in Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais state, where during rainy season its level rises providing optimal conditions for the surfer.
