A new navigation app designed by Palestinians aims to help drivers in the Israeli-occupied West Bank weave past military checkpoints and avoid Jewish settlements. Launched in June, Doroob crowdsources road closures and traffic from users and aims to substitute other apps, which rarely account for Israeli restrictions and struggle to navigate between Palestinian cities.
