South Africa reopens more schools despite surge in Covid 19 cases

Thousands of South African students head back to class in the second phase of reopening of schools, even as the country sees the number of Covid-19 cases climb. Worried parents fear that it's too soon to restart classes. Also, Burundi finally launches a mass screening process as it changes its tune on coronavirus.
