South Africa tightens Covid restrictions to level 3

In tonight's edition: President Cyril Ramaphosa announces a new ban on alcohol sales and says mask-wearing will be mandatory in public after South Africa became the continent's first to record one million coronavirus cases. Also, Central African Republic's electoral commission says that 800 polling stations didn't open during the country's presidential and legislative elections on Sunday because of rebel attacks.
