While a number of men have done well in leading their nations during this Covid-19 crisis; few with female leaders have done badly. We talk to Margaret Heffernan, an entrepreneur and author of "Uncharted" about whether women are more likely to be made of the right stuff when it comes to managing pandemics. Plus we meet the women on the frontline of the pandemic who in some cases, are risking their lives to do their jobs.
