The Brexit crisis deepened to a brand-new chaos with the U.K. Parliament voting to reject all four Plan B options that went up for a vote. Those rejections included staying in the customs union, staying in the single market, a referendum on any Parliament-approved Brexit deal and an emergency brake to stop a no-deal Brexit.
