Today is World Drug Awareness Day 2024. A say against drug abuse and Illicit trafficking. The UNODC states that 14.3 million people in Nigeria struggle with drug abuse and Nigeria is no longer just a transit country. Still, it is now an epidemic of severe drug use. It is clamouring for relevant stakeholders to invest in prevention as prevention is better than cure.
